Composer chips (mentions, skills, terminal contexts) are non-editable decorators, so the browser skips them when painting the native text selection; a selection that spans chips is only visible in the slivers of text between them, which reads as the selection being broken.
Mirroring the selection onto the chips with a data attribute and a highlight overlay keeps the selection visually continuous without touching how the decorators behave.

Overview
Fixes broken-looking text selection in the composer when the range includes inline chips (mentions, skills, terminal context). Those nodes are non-editable Lexical decorators, so the browser only highlights plain text between chips.

Adds ComposerChipSelectionPlugin, which mirrors the Lexical range onto chip DOM via data-composer-chip-selected, clears that state on blur, and re-applies on focus. Mention, skill, and terminal-context decorator wrappers get composer-inline-chip and relative for positioning.

index.css adds a ::after overlay using the system Highlight color so selected chips match native selection.
